  • Yes, we offer Pay What You Want seats for every show! Tickets start at just $10 and are General Admission, with a maximum of FOUR tickets per order.

  • This choice isn't just about accessibility—though we’re passionate about making opera resonate with today’s audiences. Performing SALOME in English allows us to push the boundaries of our musical ambitions and invites you to experience this fascinating classic.

    There will be supertitles.

  • SALOME is 100 minutes long.

  • Wear whatever makes you feel good! There’s no need to dress up just because it’s opera.

  • When purchasing a ticket you will select the desired section through our ticket portal. For our Pay What You Want seats, all tickets are assigned at the door.

  • Yes, Irondale is ADA accessible to the main stage floor via a handilift (one person at a time). However, the balcony is not ADA-accessible. For any questions about accessibility options, please reach out to us at info@heartbeatopera.org.

  • Easily! Irondale Center is near Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and Barclays Center at 85 South Oxford Street Fort Greene, Brooklyn 11217.

    Subway:

    - C train to Lafayette Avenue is just down the block (exit at South Oxford Street, church is halfway up the block on your right)

    - B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, or 5 train to Atlantic Avenue/Pacific Street, walk north on Hanson place to South Oxford, turn left and the church will be on your right.

    - G train to Fulton Street, then walk up Lafayette avenue, make a right on South Oxford Street, and church will be on your left.

    There is on-street parking available, as well as several parking lots close by:

  • There is no late seating.
